We build sites for both the Shopify & WordPress platforms. In most cases, we recommend building your website on Shopify. Shopify is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the world and comes with many tools natively built-in to help you scale your business. It also has many resources available to you as your business hits different stages of growth. We do, however, offer WordPress site builds as well for those who are not a good fit for the Shopify platform.
The timeline for your project can depend on a few different things:
An average amount of time it takes to create a custom website is about 7-10 weeks. However, that timeframe is only an estimate and can be shorter or longer depending. After an initial consultation call, we can give you a more accurate timeframe.
Yes. Once the project is complete & the final balance on the project is paid off, full ownership of the site will be handed off to the designated account owner. Bluesoft Design will retain a partner account on the site in case of any future maintenance or marketing project but you will have the option to remove us from the site if you choose to do so.
If you are a business owner that is just starting out on your marketing journey, we recommend reviewing other agencies and solutions before reaching out to us. We consider our services the best value for the price and are very competitive compared to other agencies in our bracket but, if you are shopping solely on budget & price, we may not be the best solution for your business.
Our services are recommended more for businesses that have some revenue being generated from online sales and are looking to build up to the next level.
Hourly maintenance is only available to past clients that have done a full web design or marketing project.
However, new clients can still opt for a maintenance plan.
Yes. Bluesoft Design offers 30 days of free bug support post-launch to address any issues or inconsistencies between the designed site and the final product. We will also provide you with training videos that you & your team can watch that will explain all the ins & outs of operating & updating the day-to-day of your website.
